Our own brand, not traded goods
MEMO is this company's brand. Whoever buys a unit here is not buying from a middleman who has to ask the manufacturer first.

Climate technology and catering technology
Cooling and cutting under one roof — otherwise separate worlds in this market. For a takeaway or a restaurant that means: one supplier, one warehouse, one invoice.
Shipping
From Germany, not from overseas
Goods leave from Bruchsal. With a spare part, that decides between days and weeks.
After the warranty
Support does not stop
Blades, motors, bearings and remote controls remain available long after the warranty has run out. That is only possible because the parts belong to our own brand.
And what we are not.
Most misunderstandings do not come from what a company can do, but from what someone assumed. Which is why it is written here.
- Not an installation company
- We supply units and parts and advise on them. Connecting a split system is done by a specialist with a certificate of competence — that is what the law requires.
- Not a dealer of other brands
- There is no range of bought-in third-party units here. That makes the selection smaller and the spare part supply more reliable.
- Not a consumer shop
- Our terms are addressed to businesses and exclude consumers. We say that before the purchase, not after it.
