Who delivers.
Which service carries a parcel depends on size and weight — a circular blade travels differently from a split set. The shipping method and the costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.
How payment works.

- Confirmed immediately, the goods go out afterwards.
- Advance transfer
- Bank transfer to the company account, shipping once the payment has arrived.
- Cash on delivery
- Paid when the courier hands the parcel over, plus the cash-on-delivery fee.

Three metres that others charge extra for.
A split unit comes with a wall bracket, wall ducts and 3 m of refrigerant line. A portable unit comes with the window seal.

Connecting a split system remains the job of a specialist with a certificate of competence — the installation kit is part of the delivery, not a licence.
